  1. I have observed that over the course of building a relationship with real estate proprietors, you’ll be able to come to understand that, in most real estate financial transaction, a percentage is paid. All things considered, FSBO sellers don’t “save” the fee. Rather, they struggle to earn the commission through doing the agent’s task. In this, they shell out their money along with time to carry out, as best they can, the assignments of an agent. Those assignments include exposing the home via marketing, representing the home to buyers, developing a sense of buyer urgency in order to induce an offer, scheduling home inspections, managing qualification investigations with the bank, supervising maintenance, and aiding the closing.
