Free eBook Give Away: Talking With God

This feels like Christmas morning! Any time I have a gift for someone it about kills me to wait until “the day” that I’m able to give it. Well “that day” is finally here. Talking With God Book Cover

I have a free gift for you below. It’s my first book, a 31 Day devotional guide called Talking With God and I’m giving it away. In the book you’ll find 31 short posts to help focus your time of prayer. Maybe your prayer time has become non-existent or gotten a little stale. Let this book be a help to you. You can use it in the morning, on your break, over lunch or right before bed.  Do whatever works for you!

(Cue Infomercial Announcer Voice) But that’s not all! Those that sign up to receive my eBook between Sept. 30th-Oct. 7th will be entered into a random drawing where I’ll be giving away 5 eBook copies of the book Prayer by well known author, Philip Yancey.

  1. I have realized that over the course of developing a relationship with real estate managers, you’ll be able to get them to understand that, in each and every real estate purchase, a commission is paid. In the end, FSBO sellers tend not to “save” the percentage. Rather, they fight to earn the commission by means of doing an agent’s work. In the process, they commit their money as well as time to complete, as best they might, the tasks of an realtor. Those tasks include displaying the home by marketing, delivering the home to prospective buyers, building a sense of buyer desperation in order to induce an offer, booking home inspections, managing qualification inspections with the loan provider, supervising repairs, and aiding the closing of the deal.

  2. One thing I’ve noticed is the fact that there are plenty of beliefs regarding the lenders intentions while talking about home foreclosure. One fable in particular is the bank wants your house. The bank wants your money, not your home. They want the funds they loaned you together with interest. Staying away from the bank is only going to draw a foreclosed conclusion. Thanks for your article.
